Cfmoto CL700—X

Previously sold as WK Bikes, Chinese firm Cfmoto have a new 700. Still based on the old ER—6 derived twin, it’s now 692cc in an allnew chassis with improved quality and spec. Three versions: Heritage, Adventure (this one) and Sport

Vins Duecinquanta

We showed you this a couple of years ago. It’s a 249.5cc injected two-stroke V-twin with 74bhp, in a radical chassis with double-wishbone front end. It weighs 105kg, and it’s now homologated for the UK...

Moto Morini X—cape

Looks the part, doesn’t it? Morini had a couple of new 650s in Milan, a naked called the 6 ½ (see what they’ve done there?) and this X—cape adventure bike. Styling, TFT dash, heated grips, adjustable screen and two-height seat have appeal, though it appears to use the engine and frame from previous-generation Cfmotos. We’re told it’ll be £6500.

Kymco REVONEX

Following on from their electric sportsbike shown last year, the naked REVONEX has a six-speed gearbox (unusually for an electric bike) and does 0—60mph in 3.9sec. Kymco didn’t give any details on range or charging time, though, and say they’ll only put it on sale when the market is ready. How very useful

Hero Xtreme 1.R

Indian firm Hero are a bloody huge manufacturer. They had a range of small bikes at EICMA, but this concept was the highlight. Love that Ducati Motogp-style rear wheel disc

Bimota Tesi H2

Kawasaki have bought Bimota. Well, a 49.9% share in the struggling brand. It’s been boiling away for three years and the new Tesi H2 is the result. It’s exactly what you’d expect: a hub-steered wonder powered by the staggering supercharged H2 engine. There’s no frame, and the shock for the front swingarm sits alongside the rear shock, with a long linkage down the left side. It’s semi-active Öhlins, of course. The 228bhp feast of carbon and machined aluminium will reach the UK in June for around 50,000 euros – so that’s £43k. We don’t predict there’ll be a 0% interest PCP deal.

AMB 001

This is the joint work of Aston Martin and Brough Superior, and uses a huge variable-geometry turbocharger to take Brough’s 997cc V-twin to 180bhp. They’ll make 100, for track-use only, and it’ll be a snip at €108,000 – that’s around £93,000

Benelli Leoncino

Benelli move back into big bikes with a new 800. The 82bhp parallel twin looks derived from the motor in the Due 756, first seen in 2006 but that never quite made it

Bike says: ‘It’s exactly what you’d imagine: a hub-steered wonder powered by the staggering H2 engine’
