They’reback

Triumph won the British Supersport championship in 2008, 2012, 2014 and 2015. And now they’re back with a factory team using a version of the 765cc engine that powers the Moto2 grid – that’s now allowed thanks to rule changes which also let Ducati’s 955cc Panigale V2 into the series. No riders for the new Triumph team have been announced as yet.
