£1100 saving Kawasaki Ninja 650 Perf’

» Kawasaki upped their game with » the latest 650 twins. Build quality improved noticeably and things like phone connectivity, TFT dash and LED lights boosted desirability. In faired Ninja guise you get a dose of ZX-10R attitude too – and even more so with the Performance version with tinted screen, single seat and Akrapovic pipe. List for the 2020 model is £8149 in these colours, but Bransons (01935 474998) want £6999 for their demo bike. That’s £3000 less than the new Aprilia RS660.

£2600 saving Triumph Speed Trip’ RS

Pidcocks Motorcycles (0115 8384497) are shifting their 2020-model Speed Triple RS demonstrator. It’s been kept in tip-top nick and only covered 968 miles, yet they’re asking just £10,995. This means you get the glorious 1050cc triple with its Öhlins, brick-wall Brembos, Arrow pipes and unique road performance for over £2600 less than list. Or put another way, a ready-run-in, top-of-the-range icon for the price of a common or garden Suzuki GSX-S1000.

£3900 saving Indian Challenger

» This is a hell of a lot of motorcycle. Weighing in at 377kg, the übertourer is pushed along by a 1768cc V-twin and has a list of features as long as your arm: touchscreen dash, deafening stereo, electric screen, cruise, posh Brembos, satnav, on-board diagnostics, cylinder deactivation, full electronics... and on, and on. List for this Dark Horse model is £24,999, but Moore Speed (01202 029352) have their 250-mile ex-demo up for £21,100 – and though it’s been ridden it’s unregistered. Like a spanker, then.

£2700 saving Ducati Supersport

» Ducati will gleefully take more than 12,000 of your hard-won pounds to put their underrated Supersport on the road. That’s very reasonable for this highquality sporty road bike with its engaging V-twin, well-mannered chassis and obvious class. But we recommend that you head down to Laguna (01233 229362) instead. Their ex-demo 2020-model Doocardy with minimal miles is up for £9395 – that’s a premium Italian for less than a Honda VFR800F.
