Park at the second car park off the road to the village. Walk through the gate and head for the path down onto the bog.

1 2Scan from the heights around the bog looking for raptors, before descending onto the board walk around the pools to look for dragonflie­s.

Walk along the sandy path checking for Wood Larks, and in the evening, for Nightjars.

3 4 5 6A wet walk into the trees here has an old shooting pond, which is ideal for dragonflie­s and ducks in winter.

Scan the reedbed for hunting harriers and a winter roost of harriers.

Famously known as the ‘Wolferton Triangle’, where people look for Golden Pheasant!
