GRID REF: NM 505 551 POSTCODE: PA75 6QR HOW TO GET THERE: From the east of the island use the A849 north, joining the A848 at Salen taking you all the way to Tobermory. Go around the only roundabout on the island and drop down the hill to the town. The car park is on the right. From the west take the Dervaig road [B8073] which runs up the west coast WHERE TO PARK: By the Taigh Solais visitor centre, or along the main street in Tobermory TERRAIN: The lower path is generally hard underneath with the odd wet area. The path up the steep climb to the top is poor in parts with a short scramble. You then walk through bracken until out onto the golf course, if you have a problem here, return by the lower path FACILITIES: Tobermory has all the facilities PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Bus service runs from the ferry at Craignure.
