POST­CODE: EH42 1UW GRID REF: NT651786 HOW TO GET THERE: From Ed­in­burgh leave the A1 and take the A1087 west of Dun­bar and af­ter a mile you will see the turn for the coun­try park. Drive past the East Links Fam­ily Park, and you will find the car park. From the south fol­low the A1 passed Dun­bar tak­ing the last sign onto the A1087. Other car parks are found at Tyn­ing­hame com­ing off the A1 onto the A198 and tak­ing the sign for the links just af­ter the es­tate house and back along the A1087 to­wards Dun­bar tak­ing the Shore Road. Seafield Pond can be viewed from the Bell­haven car­a­van park en­trance WHERE TO PARK: Link­field, Shore Road and Tyn­ing­hame car parks TER­RAIN: The shore can be quite wet and muddy so it is al­ways best to use walk­ing boots or wellies AC­CES­SI­BIL­ITY: All year bird­ing with tides and weather needed for mi­grants FA­CIL­I­TIES: All at Dun­bar PUB­LIC TRANS­PORT: A num­ber of buses stop around the area. Trains stop at Dun­bar.
