ISLES OF SCILLY WILTSHIRE Probably the rarest bird of the month in the region was the first-winter Forster’s Tern which appeared at Seabrook, Kent on 26th. This bird was doubtless the same individual which had been in Essex and Suffolk, previously. A first-winter male Desert Wheatear was at Cooden, East Sussex, and a Long-billed Dowitcher at Oare marshes, Kent.
