MORAY
HIGHLIGHTS: A Green-winged Teal was at Loch Flemington (1st-3rd). A Black Redstart was at Spey Bay (13th-23rd). BURGHEAD: Sightings included Great Northern Divers, Turnstones and Slavonian Grebes. FINDHORN: Records included Pintail, Knot, Dunlin, Golden Plover, Ringed Plover, Goldeneye, two tundra Bean Geese, Merlin, Curlew, Turnstone, Siskin, Stock Dove, Red-breasted Merganser, Greenshank, Peregrine, Jack Snipe and Little Grebe. LOSSIEMOUTH: There were four Iceland Gulls, a Mediterranean Gull, Knot and Teal. SEAWATCHING: A Little Auk passed Burghead (8th). There were records of Common and Velvet Scoters, Long-tailed Ducks, Black-throated Divers, Red-throated Divers, Razorbills, Guillemots, Puffins, Black Guillemots, Gannets, Fulmars, Kittiwakes and Eiders. OTHER SITES: There were 50 Snow Buntings at Culbin Bar (12th), plus around the same number of Twite. Loch Spynie had three Scaup and a Water Rail. Yvonne Watson
