LOOK WHO’S POPPED IN FOR THEIR WEEKLY SHOP

I thought you might like this picture of a Robin inside the Morrison’s supermarket in Malvern. We think it could be the same bird that came in the store for two months around Christmas, as it keeps perching in similar places. The bird seems very friendly and comes quite close to you. Apparently, it has a habit of dive bombing the customers! Last time, Rentokil came in and set a bird cage food trap and were able eventually to catch it and released it back into the wild. Let’s hope this time has a happy ending as well. Is it unusual for them to come into supermarkets? I can understand when it is cold and the bird wants to keep warm.
