I was amazed when this Nuthatch fed from my hand

I recently visited Golden Acre Park in Leeds. I was on my way back from Adel Dam Nature Reserve which adjoins the park when I saw birds feeding on some food that people had put out for them. I had some food in my pocket, as I had heard that the tits were friendly and often come to hand for food. To my amazement, a Nuthatch came to my hand and started taking food. It stayed for 30 seconds or so and then disappeared. I took out my phone and opened the camera and the Nuthatch came back for more food, in total it came three more times! I have never known of this happening before, I have had them come close but this was a total surprise to me and everyone who has seen the photos.
