HIGHLIGHTS:

Three Parrot Crossbills were at Broxbourne Woods (from 2nd). A Common Scoter was at Hilfield Park Reservoir (from 14th), with an Iceland Gull (29th). A Shag was at Berkhamsted (27th). A Black-necked Grebe was at Holyfield Lake (17th). Hawfinches included 42 at Broxbourne Woods, 13 at Bramfield, 16 at Wormley West End, 15 at Great Gaddesden and 10 at Northaw Great Wood CP. A Black Redstart was at Tyttenhanger GP (16th), with a Firecrest (8th). Great White Egrets were at Tyttenhanger GP, Maple Lodge and Stockers Lake. Robin Chittenden.
