POST CODE PH36 4JA GRID REFERENCE NM814618 HOW TO GET THERE: The A 861 takes you to the village after the Corran ferry from the east [A82] and the B8007 from the west onto the A861 at Salen. For the woodland, cross the bridge over the River Strontian and turn right. Follow this road for 2.2 miles to the signposted Airigh Fhionndail car park (Forestry Commission Scotland) at the start of the reserve. The grid reference here is: NM 825 633 WHERE TO PARK: Some birding from the car and lots of parking in the village. There is a good car park for the woodland with maps to show you the trails TERRAIN: Mixed walking with grassland around the loch but solid paths in the woodland.
