Shanique Davis, from Wolverhamp­ton, scooped the amazing prize, which also includes a hot tub, after spending just £36 on 18 tickets. The 23-year-old support worker is now the proud owner of the oldest house in Sedgley, located in plush Catholic Lane. It is the perfect wedding present for Shanique and fiancé Mark, 25. The couple, who have been together for eight years, are due to tie the knot next year in the Jamaican sunshine. Previous owners Lydia and Paul Browning had tried to sell the property numerous times.
