CBRE names respected duo as new heads
PROPERTY consultancy CBRE has promoted Will Ventham and Nick Woodward to head of its office agency and capital markets teams respectively in Birmingham.
Mr Ventham, a director in the office agency team, has worked in the city for the past 15 years, having started as a graduate at CBRE in 2001. He has advised on some of Birmingham’s most significant office schemes including Brindleyplace, One and Two Snowhill and Two Colmore Square.
Mr Ventham takes over the role from Ashley Hancox, who has been promoted to head up CBRE’s national office agency group, having led the Birmingham team for the past eight years.
Nick Woodward joined the agency from niche property consultancy GSD in 2008, following its acquisition by CBRE, and was made a director in 2014.
He specialises in advising institutions, property companies and private equity investors on disposals and acquisitions, principally in the office and industrial sectors within the Midlands.
Mr Woodward worked on the deal which saw One Colmore Square sold for £87.5 million.
