Overbury will fit out Colmore Row offices

-

OVERBURY has been appointed by international law firm Pinsent Masons to deliver the fit out of its new offices in Birmingham’s business district.

The company is fitting out 40,000 sq ft of office space on the first and second floors of 55 Colmore Row which has undergone a major renovation following the departure of law firm Gowling WLG in 2014.

The redeveloped office building was recently unveiled after a £30 million, 12-month overhaul by owner IM Properties.

Danny Parmar, business development manager at Overbury, said: “We have worked with Pinsent Masons on fit outs across the country over a number of years and we are delighted to be doing so once again on this highly prestigious project.

“Colmore Row is one of the key areas in this city and it provides us with another great opportunity to showcase our fit out expertise.”

The fit out will include an open office arrangement and staff restaurant.

London-based architecture practice Perkins+Will has designed the new offices internally.

Work is now under way and is expected to be completed in June, enabling Pinsent Masons to move from its existing offices at the Wesleyan building in the city centre.
