First impressions count for We Clean’s clients

-

THE cleaning industry and the law industry are by nature, two completely different industries. However, there is one thing that a law firm and a cleaning company should share: the desire to deliver exceptional quality to its client base.

Higgs & Sons, based at the Waterfront Business Park in the heart of the Black Country, was formed in 1875.

Throughout its 142-year history the firm has always placed a strong emphasis on long-term relationships, reputation and community.

One of the best-known firms in the region, Higgs’ growth has been fuelled by nurturing relationships with people and businesses, a market sector often overlooked as organisations continue to expand.

“At Higgs & Sons we constantly strive to deliver a combination of the very best legal advice with the highest levels of client care,” said managing partner Paul Hunt.

“Extremely proud of our heritage, we are now an innovative, forward thinking full service law firm which meets the needs of clients on a regional, national and indeed international basis.”

Higgs chose We Clean to take over the daily cleaning operations at their Waterfront offices in 2014 after facilities co-ordinator, Michael George, saw they shared similar values.

He said: “First impressions are so important. We Clean helps us make the right one to our client and we are able to trust them to deliver their services consistently.”

Another Midlands law firm with rich Birmingham history is Gateley Plc. Founded in 1808 they have earned a reputation for down to earth, commercial legal advice which helped them become the UK’s first commercial law firm to list on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Acting for a variety of clients including both major UK companies as well as SME’s, Gateley have branched out both nationally and internationally with seven offices throughout the UK and one in Dubai.

Gateley ‘s Tim Connolly, head of facilities and IT, commented: “We Clean have been our contract cleaning company for over 11 years now and have always provided an excellent level of service ensuring that we have a clean and welcoming environment for our clients, staff and visitors”.

With a relationship dating back to 2006, We Clean and Gateley have built a solid business partnership in the heart of Birmingham’s professional service district.
