City should have its own velodrome

DEAR Editor, I am a competitive racing cyclist from Hagley and have competed on the track and road. In 2015 I rode the National Road Race Championships against the UK’s best riders.

I think Birmingham should have its own indoor velodrome as it would be very good for cycling. I do not understand why Manchester has a great track and Birmingham has been left behind. Matt Clarke Hagley
