A NEW private health and wellbeing clinic has opened in Birmingham’s central business district.

Virgin Care Private, part of the Virgin Group, has launched the clinic in Edmund Street, representing the group’s first accessible, pay-as-you-go, health and wellbeing service.

The team of GPs and consultants offer a mix of face-to-face, online and phone services in areas such as face-to-face private GP appointments, dermatology, counselling and physiotherapy.

Stephanie Byrom, director of operations for Virgin Care Private, said: “Every service we offer, and the way we offer it, will be focused around our clients’ own health and wellbeing goals and what they need to get well and stay well.

“Birmingham is a vibrant and diverse city which makes it a perfect fit for our launch clinic.”
