Horan looks to develop role

INVESTMENT specialist Simon Horan has joined Henry Davidson Developments.

Mr Horan, who is the firm’s new business development director, was previously with Savills in Birmingham where he led the residential development and investment team.

Henry Davidson Developments has also announced three other senior appointments – development director Alastair Robertson-Dunn, director Graeme Cosgrove and project director Kevin Foster.

Mr Horan said: “The company’s recent move into Birmingham has widened its horizons and there are a huge number of exciting opportunities we wish to pursue.

“Our move into the city centre is a very shrewd one.”
