“With the ongoing redevelopment of Birmingham, growth of the residential sector in the area and upcoming delivery of the Midland Metro tram extension, there has never been a more important time to ensure that Brindleyplace continues to create the perfect asset managed by impression for visitors and estate occupiers. As we are looking to put in place a number of new changes and initiatives at the development, including the substantial £4.1 million refurbishment of the former 9 Brindleyplace into the Oozells Building, which is due to complete shortly.

“It is therefore vital that we have a team in place that understands the needs of our occupiers and the potential challenges of a fast-paced, highdemand commercial real estate market.”

Guy Thompson, senior director at GVA, added: “Our key objective is to ensure that Brindleyplace remains not only a development of choice for occupiers seeking accommodation but also a vibrant destination of choice for leisure visitors with its impressive food, beverage, arts, culture, event and retail offers.

“As both a long-standing supplier of property management services to the estate and a Brindleyplace occupier ourselves, we have a unique perspective and understanding on the evolving requirements of this development and are able to respond quickly to occupiers requirements.”
