New partner as agency expands
A PROPERTY agency has appointed a new partner as it looks to expand its commercial sector in the West Midlands.
Fisher German has welcomed Mike Price who has experience in the industrial and distribution markets.
He will serve the Birmingham and Black Country areas from the firm’s Halesowen office.
Mr Price joins Fisher German from Johnson Fellows where he established and ran the industrial and distribution department for more than six years and before this he spent a number of years as the Midlands head of industrial and logistics agency at Knight Frank.
His career in the sector, spanning 27 years, has seen him act across extensive property portfolios for landlords, occupiers and also in administration scenarios.
He said: “My role will focus on industrial and warehouse agency and growing this area of the business in the West Midlands.
“Fisher German is very strong in providing land consultancy advice and my specialist knowledge means that I will be able to work my development market existing client base.
“I will also continue to act for multi-let industrial estate landlords, notably Logicor across their West Midlands portfolio.”
