Homes has appointed a new managing director for the West Midlands.
Charlotte Goode joined the company in 2017 and has previously served as divisional finance director for the Midlands and South and interim managing director for the South West.
Her new role will include relaunching the West Midlands regional office and overseeing the delivery of a number of developments including the final phase of a major regeneration scheme in Walsall.
Andy Mason, divisional chairman for Midlands and the South, said: “Last year, we took the hard decision to close our West Midlands office and combine it with our East Midlands region.
“Since then, we’ve seen growth in our land pipeline and, with landmark schemes moving forward in Walsall, Coventry, Dudley and Telford, it felt like the right time to relaunch our West Midlands region under Charlotte’s leadership.
“I’ve worked closely with Charlotte in her previous role as divisional finance director and know that she, alongside the rest of the team, will continue to work with our partners and customers as we look to further grow our business in the West Midlands.”
Ms Goode added: “Having seen the Midlands and the South Division grow over the last 12 months, I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to relaunch and lead our West Midlands business.
“Working with the team, to deliver transformational developments and much-needed new homes across the region.”
She will be working with Shaun Fielding, regional managing director for the East Midlands, to ensure a smooth transition and
