Marriott’s glamorous brand W Hotels has brought the wow factor to Portugal with the launch this month of W Algarve.

Perched on a clifftop, the W Escape resort is the company’s first Portuguese property, offering 134 rooms and suites, plus 83 residences, all with ocean views and balconies.

The Chesterton Hotel

After a three-year makeover, The Chesterton Hotel, on the fringes of the North Oxfordshire Cotswolds, has been transformed into a chic boutique hotel.
