AstonVilla sign up new kit supplier for season

ASTON Villa have signed a new commercial kit contract with North West sportswear brand Castore.

The Premier League club has struck a deal with the Manchester­based company to supply its kits for the 2022/23 season.

The new partnershi­p sees Castore supply the club with kits across all of its men’s, women’s and academy teams along with Villa-branded training and leisure wear.

The new home kit will be unveiled ahead of a pre-season tour to Australia in July, giving supporters the chance to see it in action ahead of the new season.

Two alternativ­e match kits to the side’s famous home colours of claret and blue will be released in the coming months.

Castore already works with sporting teams and personalit­ies such as McLaren F1, England Cricket, Saracens Rugby and tennis star Sir Andy Murray.

“Over the past four seasons, our shirt sales have increased four-fold as our supporters around the world have reconnecte­d with the club and we are delighted to continue this journey with Castore.”
