The following list of planning applications was submitted to Perth and Kinross Council for the week ending July 10:

Change of use and alterations to dwellinghouse and agricultural building to form two holiday accommodation units and erection of two holiday accommodation units at 21 Holding, Woodside, for Mr and Mrs M Johnson;

Erection of a dwellinghouse (in principle) at land 50 metres north of East Saucher House, Saucher, Kinrossie, for Mr and Mrs Alex Taylor;

Application and listed building consent for demolition of boundary wall and formation of vehicular access at Greenfield, Lochy Terrace, Blairgowrie, for Robert Thomson;

Alterations and extension to dwellinghouse at 45 George Street, Blairgowrie, for Mr and Mrs A Morrison.

Amendment to permission for erection of 117 dwellinghouses, garages and associated works (approval of matters specified in conditions 10/01360/IPM) at land 220 metres south-west of entrance to Maple Place, Blairgowrie, for Stewart Milne Group;

Erection of dwellinghouse (change of house type) at land 30 metres north of Fir Tree Lodge, Rattray, for Mr and Mrs Clark.
