Marvel at Fury’s return

Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury will return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Captain Marvel.

Unseen since 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, the character (pictured, right) is confirmed to appear alongside Brie Larson’s titular heroine in the blockbuster, due for release in March 2019.

Meanwhile, over at DC Comics, The Shallows director Jaume Collet-Serra has emerged as the frontrunner to helm Warner Bros’ Suicide Squad sequel, with the studio reportedly cooling on first choice Mel Gibson.
