BRCC meeting date set

The next meeting of Blairgowrie and Rattray Community Council will be on Thursday, November 9, at 7pm in the Adult Resource Centre on Jessie Street.

Chair of the community council, Elaine Forrest, has stepped down from the role o f c h a i r w i t h i mmedi a t e effect due to increasing work commitments.

The meeting on Thursday next week will discuss the election of a new chair. Other items on the agenda this month include vandalism in the town, anti-social b e h a v i o u r, c o m m u n i t y wardens and updates on other various issues in the town that the community council is involved in.

Members of the public can also raise issues that affect them.
