Moss Side Fire hold an exciting dinner show at Old Trafford
WITH an exciting night of boxing at The Point, Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester, Moss Side Fire boxing club held their third annual dinner show on September 23.
The standout performance of the evening involved Junior ABA champion Conner Tudsbury who boxed a rematch of the 201516 championship quarter-final against Scunthorpe ABC’S Fred Hardy. After dominating the first round he continued in the second eventually knocking out Hardy with a devastating left hook.
Some other fantastic contests on the night involved two young female boxers making their debuts in Moss Side’s Lauren Lees against a very tough Barrow ABC Boxer Ella Gill. After three hard fought rounds Lauren came out with a unanimous decision.
Moss Side boxer Kai Hardiker won a battle that swung one way then another to come out with a majority decision against an equally tough Sadiq Horia-kheil.
