1. FLOYD PATTERSON W RSF 6 PETE RADEMACHER
In 1957 the previous year’s heavyweight champ was crushed by the 1952 middleweight winner - and it was Rademacher’s pro debut!
2. JOE FRAZIER W PTS 15 MUHAMMAD ALI
The 1964 heavy gold medallist beat his 1960 light-heavy counterpart in this 1971 Fight of the Century.
3. GEORGE FOREMAN W RSF 2 JOE FRAZIER
The 1968 heavy gold winner ripped the pro heavyweight title from Frazier in 1973, and again in 1976.
4. MUHAMMAD ALI W KO 8 GEORGE FOREMAN
In October 1974 the Rumble in the Jungle saw an ageing Ali shock a seemingly invincible Foreman on an unforgettable night in Kinshasa.
5. LEON SPINKS W PTS 15 MUHAMMAD ALI
Less than two years after winning light-heavy gold, Neon Leon shocked Ali in February 1978 - only to lose the return seven months later.
6. HOWARD DAVIS JNR DREW 10 MELDRICK TAYLOR
The 1976 lightweight king shared the spoils with the 1984 light-welter gold medallist in Atlantic City, 1986.
7. LENNOX LEWIS W PTS 10 RAY MERCER
The 1988 super-heavy king won a 1996 majority decision over the man who won heavyweight gold.
8. TORSTEN MAY W KO 10 ANDREW MAYNARD
In April 1996 no title was at stake in this meeting of Olympic light-heavy gold medallists (Germany’s May 1992, the USA’S Maynard 1988).
9. OSCAR DE LA HOYA W PTS 12 PERNELL WHITAKER
The (1992) Golden Boy won the WBC welterweight belt from the 1984 lightweight winner in April 1997.
10. ANTHONY JOSHUA W RSF 11 WLADIMIR KLITSCHO
The 1996 champ beat two fellow gold medallists in Ray Mercer and Alexander Povetkin but earlier this year Joshua prevented the hat trick.
