Tiger’s den Home of rugby star up for sale

ELLIS Genge’s Dundry house is up for sale – and the straight-talking rugby star has joked Bristol Bears players will have to pay double.

The England and Leicester Tigers prop, who grew up in Knowle West, has put his four-bedroom detached home in Beechcroft on the market with a £500,000 asking price.

He posted on Twitter on Sunday: “My gaff up in dundry, bristol up for sale if anyone fancy’s wellies and cows.”

One Leicester fan replied: “Nice looking gaff. Perhaps one of those Brizzle boys would like it now they’re European Challenge Champs!”

Genge then quipped: “They can pay double bubble Barney rubble.”

His former side Bristol clinched their first European Challenge Cup on Friday, with a 32-19 win over Toulon.

The property includes a “generously sized” kitchen/breakfast room and large sitting room with a fireplace, according to estate agent Debbie Fortune.
