FORMER EastEnders star Joe Swash won in 2008 and presented spin-off show I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp and earlier this year won Dancing On Ice. His partner, singer Stacey Solomon, gave birth to their first child together in May last year. Stacey hit the right notes with fans herself in 2010 and now appears on Loose Women.

TONY BLACKBURN was crowned the first king of the jungle in 2002. He returned to radio after his ITV win. Former England cricketer Tufnell bowled viewers over the next year and went on to become a team captain on quiz show They Think It’s All Over and then BBC’s A Question Of Sport. He returned to reality TV with Strictly Come Dancing in 2009 and still commentate­s on cricket.

TV chef Gino D’Acampo had the recipe for success in 2009 and is currently hosting ITV quiz Family Fortunes while McFly’s Dougie Poynter, inset, won and went on to tour with the supergroup McBusted, a combinatio­n of McFly and Busted. McFly have since returned with new music in the form of album Young Dumb Thrills.

EASTENDERS regular Charlie Brooks was crowned queen of the jungle in 2012 and left the BBC soap two years later. Westlife singer Kian Egan was champ in 2013 and went on to enjoy success as a solo artist before Westlife reunited in 2018.

FORMER Atomic Kitten Kerry Katona became the first queen of the jungle in 2004. She later had spells on a string of other TV shows, including finishing runner-up on Celebrity Big Brother in 2008. Comedian Joe Pasquale charmed viewers and jungle success led to ITV comedy special An Audience With Joe Pasquale and Celebrity Dancing On Ice in 2013.

WORLD Superbike rider Carl Fogarty, pictured, was the 2014 winner beating Jake Quickenden. Meanwhile former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison followed up her 2015 win by becoming a permanent panellist on Loose Women, although she quit after nine months.

CAROL THATCHER, daughter of former PM Margaret Thatcher, won in 2005. She followed it with appearance­s on Living TV’s Most Haunted as well as Mummy’s War, in which she explored her mother’s legacy over the Falklands War. Busted’s Matt Willis was the next winner and later presented the spinoff show with TV presenter wife Emma Willis. Busted reunited in 2015 and released their album, Half Way There, in February 2019

Tribe Next Door. Made in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo was the next winner and released her book, Always Smiling, in 2018 and appeared in Celebrity Hunted – Stand Up to Cancer last year.

FORMER Porridge actor Christophe­r Biggins proved popular with viewers in

2007. He has continued to be a regular fixture on TV, appearing on shows including Celebrity Come Dine With Me, The Celebrity Chase and Celebrity MasterChef.

FORMER Premier League football manager Harry Redknapp, inset, finished top of the league in 2018 and regularly appears on TV as a football pundit. Ex-EastEnder Jacqueline Jossa won last year and had an eventful spell in the jungle. Her husband, Dan Osborne, issued a public apology after it was alleged he had cheated on her.
