NEW LUXURY HOTEL FOR MAYFAIR
Next year will see the arrival of Marriott’s iconic St Regis brand to the UK in the heart of London’s Mayfair.
The London St Regis will open in the former Westbury Mayfair hotel, after a £90 million extensive renovation that will include the addition of an eighth floor, a new restaurant, speakeasy jazz bar and spa/fitness centre.
However, the legendary Polo Bar from The Westbury will be retained while its 196 rooms will enjoy the St Regis’s renowned Butler Service. And you can expect a local twist on one of the brand’s celebrated ‘rituals’ the Bloody Mary, concocted in The St Regis New York’s King Cole Bar back in 1934.
