Jailed for 18 weeks because it was committed so soon from leaving prison for serving a sentence for breaching a suspended sentence. Ordered to pay £201.67 compensation.

Ilze Filimonova, 25, of Foston Avenue, Burton. Admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra on Burton Bridge on September 28 without insurance.

Fined £292 and ordered to pay £135 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.
