EATING cheese and drinking full-fat milk could improve heart health, new research shows.
People who consumed three dairy portions a day had a lower risk of heart disease and stroke in a study of 130,000 volunteers. However, health chiefs still advise eating two to four fat-free or low-fat dairy servings a day but avoiding full-fat products as much as possible.
