TO CELEBRATE London Fashion Week (on until Tuesday), designer Henry Holland has come up with a cool cocktail.
For a ‘Free Lane’ – his collaboration with Camille Ralph Vidal, aka Madame St-Germain, of elderflower liquer-maker St-Germain – take: 25ml Grey Goose la Poire (vodka); 25ml St-Germain; 15ml fresh lime juice; 2 dashes rhubarb bitters; dash grapefruit bitters and pear cider. Mix together the vodka, elderflower liquer, lime juice and bitters. Pour over ice (ideally large, chunky cubes). Top with pear cider and garnish with fresh basil and grapefruit slices.
