TO CEL­E­BRATE Lon­don Fash­ion Week (on un­til Tues­day), de­signer Henry Hol­land has come up with a cool cock­tail.

For a ‘Free Lane’ – his col­lab­o­ra­tion with Camille Ralph Vi­dal, aka Madame St-Ger­main, of el­der­flower li­quer-maker St-Ger­main – take: 25ml Grey Goose la Poire (vodka); 25ml St-Ger­main; 15ml fresh lime juice; 2 dashes rhubarb bit­ters; dash grape­fruit bit­ters and pear cider. Mix to­gether the vodka, el­der­flower li­quer, lime juice and bit­ters. Pour over ice (ide­ally large, chunky cubes). Top with pear cider and gar­nish with fresh basil and grape­fruit slices.
