MARCUS BRETT, 24, of Washford Road, Hilton, admitted being in charge of a silver Nissan Narava in Green Lane, Burnaston, on September 7, with 45 microgrammes of alcohol on 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Fined £430 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £43 victim surcharge.
Licence endorsed with 10 points which would have taken him over the 12 point threshold for an automatic ban. However, it was found on grounds of exceptional hardship that he needs to carry heavy and a large amount of tools over a 30 to 40 mile radius to maintain his business.
MARK LINEY, 30, of Price Court, Shobnall, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Bold Lane, Derby, on September 9. Made the subject of a 12 month conditional discharge.
Ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Jaime Seymen, 30, of Bass Cottages, Burton, admitted driving a Renault in Shobnall Street, Burton, on September 9, with 84 microgrammes of alcohol on 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
Banned from driving for 44 months.
CHERYL MILNTHORPE, 34, of Kinder Avenue, Newhall, found guilty of driving a Land Rover, in Main Street, Repton, on January 18, while using a mobile phone.
Fined £60 and ordered to pay £300 and a £30 victim surcharge.
Licence endorsed with six points.
