Roadworks to hit journeys in next 2 weeks

MULTIPLE sets of roadworks are scheduled to be rolled out in the Burton area in the next two weeks.

Routes impacted include Branston Road, Wellington Road and Horninglow Street.

■■Horninglow Street: July 14 until July 16. At the island with Derby Street.

■■Derby Street: July 13. Single lane closure just before island with Horninglow Street.

■■Green Street: Until October 30. Between Bond Street and Fleet Street.

■■Branston Road: July 21 until July

23. Between the junctions for Wood Street and Queen Street.

■■Branston Road: July 15 until July

17. Near Chuckle Bunnies Day Nursery.

■■Ash Street: Until July 15. Between Walker Street and All Saints Road.

■■Wellington Road: Until July 14. Outside Soufflet Malt.

■■Main Street, Branston: On July 17. Near Branston Village Hall.

■■Rosliston Road, Stapenhill: Until August 28. Near Appleton Close.

■■Ashby Road, Winshill: July 13 until July 17. Between Highfield Drive and Rosemount Road.

■■Newton Road, Newton Solney: Until July 31. Near Dalebrook Road.

■■Rolleston Road, Horninglow: Until August 7. Near junction with Bitham Lane.
