ON THE RADAR
WE COULD BE HEROES
BRITISH streetwear brand Wasted Heroes turns 10 this month. And while an exhibition celebrating 10 years of T-shirt prints has had to be postponed until 2021 due to Covid restrictions, the Liverpool-based label goes from strength to strength.
Its iconic electronic musicinspired designs are worn by legends of the dance music scene including DJS Carl Cox, Gorgon City, Sasha and Loco Dice. And its eco credentials are top notch. Garments are screenprinted by hand using environmentally friendly inks, printed on organic cotton sourced from verified ethical and climate neutral manufacturers.
