Cases heard recently before Southern Derbyshire magistrates
■■Mateusz Bolubasz, of Stanton Road, Burton, admitted driving a Fiat Punto on St Peter’s Bridge, Burton on February 2, with 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He also admitted driving without insurance and otherwise in accordance with a licence. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge. He was banned from driving for 24 months.
■■Reuben Crawshaw , 39, of Manchester Street, Derby, was found guilty of driving a Honda in Station Road, Hatton, on April 18, without due care and attention. He has been fined £440 and ordered to pay £150 court costs and a £44 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with six points.
■■Luke Smith , 22, of Heathfield Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, admitted possession of a quantity of heroin and crack cocaine in Church Gresley on May 12. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge imposed for sending a threatening message. He has been fined £80 and ordered to pay £95 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
■■Luke Coles , 29, of Long Meadow, Exeter, has been convicted of driving a Vauxhall Vivaro in Bridge Street Burton, on December 23 without due care and attention. He was also convicted of using the car when its front near-side tyre was missing and wheel rim damaged. He has been fined £80 and ordered to pay £200 court costs and a £88 victim surcharge.
■■Nathan Mckenna , 27, of Primrose Way, Uttoxeter, admitted harassment of a woman in Burton between October 22 and November 15 by turning up at her address on multiple occasions unannounced, banging on her door, shouting in the street for her and on occasion gaining entry to her home. He was ordered not to contact the woman by means of a restraining order for 12 months. He has been fined £337 and ordered to pay £200 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
