A heist movie like no other, it’s about a gang, led by brilliant thief

Dom Cobb (Leonardo Dicaprio) who have to steal secrets from a target’s mind. Powerful businessma­n Saito (Ken Watanabe) approaches Cobb with a propositio­n: to plant a single idea in the mind of rival Robert Fischer Jr (Cillian Murphy). However, the projection of Dom’s late wife (Marion Cotillard) threatens to sabotage the mission. Directed by Christophe­r ‘The Dark Knight’ Nolan it has amazing effects and a mindbendin­g finale. Also starring Joseph Gordon-levitt and Tom Hardy.

JOHNNY ENGLISH STRIKES AGAIN

A devastatin­g cyber-attack compromise­s the identities of serving MI7 operatives, leaving Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson, pictured) as the Secret Service’s last hope. Along with sidekick Bough (Ben Miller), the duo tracks the cyberattac­k to a yacht, where the agents cross paths with Russian spy Ophelia (Olga Kurylenko).

MASTER AND COMMANDER: THE FAR SIDE OF THE WORLD

In this swashbuckl­ing adventure set during the Napoleonic Wars, Captain Jack Aubrey (Russell Crowe, left) and the crew of the HMS Surprise are ordered to intercept a French war ship. However, when his own ship is heavily damaged, he realises the task is not as easy as it seems.

Sylvester Stallone returns to the Rocky road in this third sequel, which he also directs. Rocky trains his friend Apollo Creed in a match against Drago (Dolph Lundgren), an indestruct­ible Russian boxer. But when Apollo is killed in the ring during the match, Rocky (Stallone pictured with Lundgren) vows to avenge his friend’s death.

HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART 2

Harry (Daniel Radcliffe left), Hermione (Emma Watson) and Ron (Rupert Grint), return to Hogwarts on the hunt for horcruxes to defeat Voldemort. The final film in the franchise features thrilling set pieces galore, bringing the boy wizard’s tale to a hugely satisfying conclusion.

Sisterly solidarity is tested to breaking point in this booze-soaked dark comedy. When Laura (Holliday Grainger) falls in love with classical pianist Jim, her jealous best friend Tyler (Alia Shawkat, pictured with Grainger), schemes to break up the happy couple by tempting her best friend to stray with a handsome writer.

Alfred Hitchcock’s atmospheri­c version of Daphne Du Maurier’s gripping tale stars Joan Fontaine as the timid new wife of Maxim de Winter (Laurence Olivier). His country estate Manderley remains in the iron grip of formidable housekeepe­r Ms Danvers (Judith Anderson, left with Fontaine) and the memory of the master’s late wife, Rebecca.
