Second-half show fires Newhall to win against Willington
SECOND-HALF goals from Brandon Edwards, Jordan Lees and Aaron Whetton fired Newhall United to a 3-0 win against Willington in Group A of the G&T Jenkins Midlands Regional Alliance Division One Cup, writes Dan Bishop.
It was the only game to go ahead in the group after Acorn Albion failed to raise a side to play Burton United, enabling the latter to stay top.
