ONE IN FOUR ADULTS WILL SUFFER IT IN ANY GIVEN YEAR
ONE in four adults experiences at least one diagnosable mental health problem in any given year, according to NHS England.
Mental health is the largest single cause of disability in the UK and people from all walks of life can be affected at any point in their lives.
Factors that can cause mental health disorders include:

■ A person’s level of social involvement;
■ Education;
■ Housing quality.
