ST HELEN’S CHURCH: Sunday July 10, 11am Holy Communion. WHIST DRIVE: The weekly whist drive will be held at the Church hall on Tuesday July 12 at 7.30pm. CARNIVAL AND ACTIVITIES: The carnival week started with a Singing festival at the Church on Sunday, July 3 and a Bingo on the Monday night. Here are the details of the other activities to be held. Thursday July 7, children’s disco at the Church Hall, 6.30pm. Friday July 8, Treasure Hunt starting from che Church Hall, 6pm-6.45pm. ending at a venue for a meal. Saturday July 9 Carnival. The procession will start from the nursing home at 1.30pm. Car Boot Sale £3 per car. Entrance to the field £1, adults 50p children, free for all in fancy dress. Monday July 11, Children’s treasure hunt. Starts from Church hall 6pm. Ends at the Church hall for a party. Adults needed to accompany children. CYLCH TI A FI: A warm welcome to parents, child minders, babies and toddlers to the weekly session at Penisarwaun School on Thurs from 1.30pm until 3pm. Toys, crafts and singing for the children, there will be a drink and biscuits as well as a cuppa for the adults for a donation of £1. PENISARWAUN YOUTH CLUB: Is open every Tues 7-9pm in the school hall. Open to students from year 8 upwards, plenty of activities on offer. BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION: The total raised from the House to House collection in Penisarwaen was £399.15. The total raised in the Caernarfon and district amounted to £5010.66. The Committee is most grateful for all who collected and to the general public for all donations received. EISTEDDFOD BENTREF: Yn dilyn llwyddiant ysgubol ein Tîm Peldroed Cenedlaethgol penderfynwyd gohirio’r Eisteddfod tan nos Fercher, Gorff. 13 am 6yh yn y Neuadd Gymuned.
