Sept 1, Archaeological finds at St Mary’s. Matt Jones. Sept 18, A geological walk around Cilan with Daniel Evans, 2pm, £2 There will be an exhibition of the archeological finds around the museum at St Mary’s Church from Sept 1 to Oct 31. It is an easy and beautiful walk to the church, about three quarters of a mile from the village of Pentrefelin. Please keep dogs on a lead at all times. Some limited parking near the church, but the approach road is narrow without passing places. The church contains copies of the Parish Registers, dating from the late 19th century and an archive of all services since 1904. Any claims must be made by 8pm on Friday 2nd September. The September Tote will be drawn on Friday 30th, at the weekly Porthmadog F C Social Club Bingo held at Y Ganolfan.
