Sept 1, Archaeolog­ical finds at St Mary’s. Matt Jones. Sept 18, A geological walk around Cilan with Daniel Evans, 2pm, £2 There will be an exhibition of the archeologi­cal finds around the museum at St Mary’s Church from Sept 1 to Oct 31. All talks start at 7.30pm. Entry fee, £2 per head. PENSIONERS CLUB: and Sunday, September. 3-4. It is an easy and beautiful walk to the church, about three quarters of a mile from the village of Pentrefeli­n. Please keep dogs on a lead at all times. Some limited parking near the church, but the approach road is narrow without passing places. The church contains copies of the Parish Registers, dating from the late 19th century and an archive of all services since 1904. The classes are held in the Memorial Hall Market Place. It runs puppy classes, obedience training, ring craft and a fun agility session. Thank you all for your support. PORTHMADOG FOOTBALL CLUB: Winning numbers in the Porthmadog Football Social Club monthly Tote for August were 32 + 38. Subject to confirmati­on there were No Winners. Any claims must be made by 8pm on Friday 2nd September. The September Tote will be drawn on Friday 30th, at the weekly Porthmadog F C Social Club Bingo held at Y Ganolfan. Tote envelopes available from Kaleidosco­pe, Y Ganolfan, or Porthmadog F C Clubhouse. A Cash Bingo is held every Monday Evening at Porthmadog F C Clubhouse at Y Traeth. Eyes Down at 8pm. Porthmadog F C will be at home to Guilsfield on Saturday September 10, kick off 2.30pm.
