O DDRWS I DDRWS: runs a bus service from Llŷn to Ysbyty Gwynedd every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for £1 each way. The bus starts out from Llŷn to arrive at Ysbyty Gwynedd convenient for visiting time 1.30pm-2.30pm. It will pick up from the villages around Llŷn. Passengers must book by contacting O Ddrws i Ddrws on 01758 721777 or e mail oddrwsiddrws@yahoo.co. uk DROP-IN MINDFULNESS SESSIONS: Lunchtime drop-in mindfulness practice sessions open to all, from complete beginners to people who wish to keep their practice topped up. Ideal for anyone who wishes to get a taste of mindfulness. Held at the Doctor’s surgery (Ty Doctor), Nefyn, every 2 weeks on a Tuesday lunchtime from 1-2pm. It is fine to come for the first half hour only. The sessions are run on a donation basis. Suggested amount £5. MORFA NEFYN GARDENING CLUB: met on, February 7 when Margaret and David Lawrence gave a talk “Living the Dream” of how they came to start up a farm of animals and domestic birds, it was a truly delightful evening and members were able to buy produce from their farm. The competition was won by Astri Rooke. Next meeting at the Ganolfan is March 7, 7.15pm Mark Rendell will be the speaker on How we’ll do you know your Herbs.
