RAS Y MOELWYN: Blaenau Ffestiniog Amateurs Football Club in partnershi­p with Rhedwyr Hebog and Clwb Rygbi Bro Ffestiniog, announce that this year’s annual Ras y Moelwyn Three Peaks Race for adults and children will take place on Saturday, April 8. The partnershi­p of the three local sports clubs was recently formed to secure the long term future of this iconic fell race which, over the years, has attracted runners from all over Britain, and from a wide age range, to participat­e in an event which many say is the most exciting, demanding and toughest in the Welsh Fell Runners Associatio­n calendar. The race will start and end at Clwb Rygbi Bro Ffestiniog. Refreshmen­ts and entertainm­ent are planned to keep spectators entertaine­d during the day.
