SARA WILLIAMS (Amlwch Town to Caernarfon Town)

Wholehearted player who never gives less than 100% joins Caernarfon on their return to the Welsh Premier Women’s League (WPWL).

Lewis returns to Y Traeth from Caersws.

Port manager Craig Papirnyk said of the midfielder: “I am pleased that Iwan has decided he wants to re-join after spending a season back with Caersws.

“Iwan impressed last season and has been sought after this pre-season, he is highly rated amongst his peers and many other clubs.

“He has had numerous offers to consider but he believes that Port is the club for him - and I am delighted he wants to return.

Papirnyk added: “He has energy in abundance and has developed his game further this past season by getting on the scoresheet on several occasions from midfield and I hope he will continue his goalscoring for us this season.” CAIO HYWEL (Bangor City to Llanberis)

Llanberis have landed a top signing in the shape of Caio Hywel from Bangor City.

Defender Hywel, 20, was promoted to City’s first team squad from the academy in 2014, but made only one appearance for the club in the Welsh Premier.

He has been a key member of Bangor’s highly successful Under-19 squad of the past two seasons.

Port manager Craig Papirnyk this week completed the signing of defender Doran.
