Said the Chair of Côr Meibion Caernarfon, Bryn Griffith: “We received a very warm welcome from Treverva Male Voice Choir when we took part in the Cornwall International Male Voice Choir Festival last April. We are therefore delighted to arrange a concert for this very talented choir during their autumn visit to North Wales. It is also an opportunity to help good causes, and when we learnt they were staying at the Royal Victoria Hotel in Llanberis we chose the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team and the Music Department of Ysgol Brynrefail Llanrug.” The MC for the evening will be John Grisdale, Vice Chair of Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team. He said, “While enjoying this Celtic evening you will also be supporting the work of our volunteers who rescue people in difficulties from the mountains of Snowdonia.“Said Arwyn Williams, Head of Ysgol Brynrefail, “The school is delighted to have had many eisteddfod successes again this year. This concert will be an opportunity for our young musicians to perform for their home audience. Please come to hear, enjoy and support!”
