Set sail for a great night of laughs at comedy gig
STAND-UP at the Seaside is coming to Plas Heli, Pwllheli this month.
The monthly comedy night, Stand-up at the Seaside, which launched to great acclaim in Colwyn Bay earlier this year, will be visiting Plas Heli on Friday November 24.
Compered by regular Stand-up at the Seaside MC Dave Rothnie, the lineup features some of Wales’s most exciting comedy talent including Dan Thomas, a bilingual Welsh/English performer, Sarah Breese and Jonny Williams.
Recently in Pwllheli filming a stand-up showcase with Elis James, Dan Thomas is one of the rising stars of the comedy circuit.

Felinheli-based Jonny Williams has been on the stand-up circuit for nearly 15 years, performing all over the UK.
He’s toured America, performing twice at the legendary Comedy Store in West Hollywood, and has written for BBC Radio One and Radio Wales, who also made a documentary about his 2015 Edinburgh fringe show Selected Bums.
The event will also include an audience joke competition with the chance to win prizes.
Tickets are £12.50, and the show starts at 8pm.
The regular Stand-Up at the Seaside Night takes place at the Station Pub in Colwyn Bay on Saturday November 25, and will be featuring Kiwi comic Jarred Christmas, Penella Mellor plus special guests.
