Ideal for anyone who wishes to get a taste of mindfulnes­s. Held at the Doctor’s surgery (Ty Doctor), Nefyn, every 2 weeks on a Tuesday from 1-2pm. It is fine to come for the first half hour only. The classes are held in the Memorial Hall Market Place. It runs puppy classes, obedience training, ring craft and a fun agility session.
